Job SummaryAs a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and improving manufacturing processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and develop solutions. Your focus will be on optimizing production processes, reducing costs and ensuring compliance. Job Description (primary responsibilities)Organize and manage manufacturing workflows and resources. Perform the continuous monitoring of the production capacity to adjust resources needed to accomplish demand. Continuous evaluation and improvement of manufacturing processes performance based on a defined set of KPI. Continuous evaluation and improvement of quality control processes in collaboration with EOLT, Quality Assurance and the supplier network as required. Coordinate the installation processes of manufacturing equipment and tools. Manage any incidence/deviation found during production and notify Quality Assurance accordingly. Ensure that the members of the production team perform their work according to the defined procedures. Maintain a clean and safe production environment. RequirementsProficiency in technical problem-solvingBe familiar with multiple programming languages such as Python, C#, and C/C++Experience with PCB / PCA manufacturing processesHave excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teamsBe able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectivelyFull Professional Proficiency in EnglishInnovation Management - Is good at bringing the creative ideas of others to market; has good judgment about which creative ideas and suggestions will work; has a sense about managing the creative process of others; can facilitate effective brainstorming; can project how potential ideas may play out in the marketplace.
