Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hubspot CRM Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing our CRM strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance operational efficiency for NexGen Cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Strategy Development:
- Lead the development and implementation of CRM strategies aligned with business goals to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Data Architecture and Integration:
- Oversee the design and development of CRM data architectures, ensuring seamless integration and accessibility across different systems and platforms.
- Data Analysis and Insights:
- Utilize CRM analytics and reporting tools to provide actionable insights, KPI tracking, and performance metrics, contributing to revenue optimization decisions.
- Sales and Marketing Alignment:
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless alignment of CRM strategies, processes, and tools for lead generation, conversion, and revenue attainment.
- Sales Process Optimization:
- Streamline CRM processes, including pipeline management, forecasting, and sales performance analysis, to maximize sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Systems and Tools Management:
- Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics tools to support business objectives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with finance, operations, and other departments to ensure alignment on CRM goals and facilitate a cohesive approach towards revenue generation and operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 5 years of experience in CRM management, preferably within the cloud computing or technology industry.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in CRM data analysis.
- Proficiency in all Hubspot modules (with a special focus on Marketing Hub Enterprise, Sales Hub Enterprise, Service Hub Professionals, CMS Hub Enterprise and Operations Hub Professional)
- Proven track record of implementing CRM strategies, process improvements, and system optimizations that positively impact business outcomes.
- Exposure to revenue growth strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
