We uphold company standards and expectations (such as Amazon's Supply Chain Standards and Human Rights Principles), and seek to constantly improve the tools and processes that we use in doing so.
As Sr. Supply Chain Manager, Tools & Program Execution, you will work under the leadership of the Sr. Procurement CSR Manager, Amazon’s Social Responsibility team and the Global Procurement Organization (GPO) to implement mechanisms to meet Amazon’s human rights principles and Supply Chain Standards and to ensure our suppliers are compliant with those.

Key job responsibilities
Collaborate with procurement managers and suppliers to ensure aligned efforts to complete EV assessments.
Develop and improve the criteria and methodology used by SR assessment tools (i.e. EcoVadis) to evaluate performance.
Analyze EcoVadis assessment results to identify areas for improvement and making adjustments as needed. Report to leadership impact of assessment results on overall CSR performance.
Educate and train internal teams and suppliers, conduct workshops to keep stakeholders informed about best practices and improvement opportunities.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to onboard and maintain a low-touch vendor monitoring tools that address ESG requirements.
Manage CSR Tools / Technology Stack and enable insights and foresight on CSR

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, management, finance, sustainability, or similar
- Experience in procurement, contracts, or negotiation
- Experience and proficiency in project management
- Experience with Procurement or risk assessment tool (eg. Ecovadis)
- Experience in People management
- Good level of communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Basic knowledge of data collection and analysis methods
