RESPONSIBILITIES:As a member of Kenes’ Industry Liaison team, the Industry Liaison & Sales Associate will be responsible for Industry Liaison and Sales for Kenes managed congresses. Meet and exceed assigned targets for profitable sales objectives in assigned congresses and industriesProactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basisGrow and further develop existing and new business, and meet established goalsEstablish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts, while prospecting for new onesPlan sales strategy for each project, develop Industry Prospectus and manage all partnerships including soliciting, creating/responding to offers with proposalsBe the main contact for industry and act as liaison between companies and project teams for your assigned congressesProactively provide reports to the Senior Account Manager, project teams, and clientsConduct successful negotiations with clientsAttract industry representatives as delegates to assigned congressesIndustry Operations:Collect, coordinate and ensure delivery of sponsors’ requirementsLiaise in the relationship between the client and the internal counterpartsDemonstrate an innovative spirit to be able to see the supporter’s activities at the congress and help them to design an experience for their participants too. Manage the communication and orders from the exhibitors and sponsors. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCEBachelor’s degree in related discipline; MBA – an advantage3 years proven sales experience, Industry Liaison & Sales – an advantageNative or mother-tongue English; additional European languages – an advantagePrevious work experience in an international environment with global offices/marketExcellent computer skillsModerate travel (20%)Job Type: Full-timeLanguage:ENGLISH (Required)Work Location: Hybrid remote in Madrid#J-18808-Ljbffr
