As Sr. Finance Analyst you will be part of the ‘Fly Team’ and will have two main responsibilities: execute end-to-end finance transformation initiatives by rolling out best practices, culture, and processes and covering unplanned, open plant controller or cost/plant accounting manager roles. Your work and leadership will be essential in improving operational efficiency and driving financial excellence across the organization. This role provides the opportunity to learn about and influence ISC Finance at a global level, business partner across a wide variety of cross-functional teams and flex finance knowledge when implementing new processes.

About the role
As Sr. Finance Analyst you will be part of the ‘Fly Team’ and will have two main responsibilities: execute end-to-end finance transformation initiatives by rolling out best practices, culture, and processes and covering unplanned, open plant controller or cost/plant accounting manager roles. Your work and leadership will be essential in improving operational efficiency and driving financial excellence across the organization. This role provides the opportunity to learn about and influence ISC Finance at a global level, business partner across a wide variety of cross-functional teams and flex finance knowledge when implementing new processes.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Act as a change leader by challenging the status-quo, identifying, and embracing transformational, company-wide initiatives.
- Document and collect crucial information with critical plant finance roles on short notice.
- Partner with plant finance, BU finance and/or Gen Pact teams to ensure continuity with critical processes, deliverables, reporting, and team development.
- Leverage analytics and insights to: drive operational performance and identify and lead continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Implement and drive end-to-end finance transformation strategies to improve operational performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive finance strategies and operational objectives are met.
- Drive standardization of approaches across regions, best practices across the organization while continuously encouraging excellence and innovation.
- Document best practice processes and reporting for use across the company.
About you
- B.S. degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or Finance preferred. CPA / CMA / MBA or working toward qualification is desirable.
- Knowledge of SAP and/or JDE and standard costing.
- 5 years of Finance or Accounting work experience (forecasting and planning, journal entries, month-end close, general ledger, financial planning, business analytics, audit, etc.)
- Candidate must be highly proficient working with Microsoft Excel, MS Word, MS PowerBI and MS PowerPoint.
- Capability to travel at short notice, possibly for an extended period depending on circumstances.
- Candidate should be well organized and possess good analytical and communication skills. Proactive, comfortable with ambiguity, curious, and seeks continuous improvement of self and others. Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrix, challenging environment with strong attention to detail.
