We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Project Execution Leader to join our EMEA team and take the lead on successful execution of all Modernisation and Upgrade (MU) projects from start to finish across the EMEA region.

As an integral member of our Service organization, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining exceptionally high levels of customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate closely with our solution development and engineering teams to ensure the feasibility and profitability of each project.

We're looking for a proactive team player who is dedicated to driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our execution capabilities.

Tasks and Qualifications :

Your main responsibilities will be :

Execute projects on time, at a high quality and with negligible NCCs.

Maintain consistently high standards and ensure customer satisfaction is prioritized at all times.

Be accountable for all project activities from Handover from Sales to Handover to Service.

Define and follow KPIs and key metrics.

Maintain or improve portfolio margin and deliver same as promised to the customer.

Work in close cooperation with other departments such as :

Procurement

Business Solutions teams

Global Project Engineering (GPE).

Ensure that utilisation is at acceptable levels and be able to balance resources as required.

Manage teams of Project Managers and Site Managers.

About you :

At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role with strong cost, time and quality awareness.

Understanding of managing a P&L.

Proven experience in managing a sizeable workforce remotely.

Experience in the logistics sector desirable.

Good communication skills, able to work across functional levels and geographical boundaries.

Ability to work in a team, change and problem-solving skills as well as an analytical approach to work.

Constructive conflict management, high level of personal responsibility and assertiveness.

Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (approx. 50%).

Full working proficiency in English. Fluency in other languages is desirable.

Automated Warehouse systems and solutions.

Risk Management.
