As part of the Renewals Team, you will manage all quotations and requests for contact renewals. The Renewal Executive role is responsible for account & opportunity management, customer negotiation & sales closure against an individual and team target. Duties & Responsibilities:Create and issue customer quotes 90 days in advance of expiry in ERPRecord & manage quote information in CRMClose customer quotes before expiry of existing ContractManage cancellation requests, ensuring any credits due are acknowledged and creditedReview open order report & liaise with order support team to invoice opportunitiesSupport Sales Account Managers for Takeover BusinessProduce weekly forecast in CRM (SalesView)Working cross line of business and with other departments on lead managementHandle requests for contract changes (co-termination, adds, deletes, date, ownership or site)Promote and train customers in the understanding of their Installed BaseManage service renewal mailbox, responding to queries and passing over to sales any new or product refresh opportunities in a timely mannerPerform regular reviews with Customers of upcoming Contract Renewals and Multi Year Contract savingsManage Vendor quotes, pricing and special pricing requestsDrive margin improvement and deliver an individual Sales Target Candidate's Profile Your profile:You are fluent in German and English, and have at least an intermediate level in Spanish. 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position. Understanding and delivering the “best in class” customer service at all time. You are interested in the IT industry. You are able to use standard software MS Office Applications & Database software. Accurate and methodical approach with good numerical skills. Excellent time management and personal organization skills. Professional, friendly, positive and effective approach to customers and colleagues. Great relationship-building skills.
