Excellent communication and organizational skills, 2-3 years’ experience in talent acquisition and the ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants. This role requires a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills as often will be asked to work closely with others across different departments.



MISSION:
Reporting to the Hotel Management Acquisition Senior Manager, the Hotel Management Acquisition Specialist is responsible to provide direct support the department for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring the Hotel Management positions in the company, keeping in mind the long-term goals of the company and recognizing that people play a huge role in the company’s future successes.



GOALS AND RESPONSABILITIES
Along the supervision of the Hotel Management Senior Specialist, the responsibilities are:
• Be part of the hiring strategy of the organization to ensure our hotel management team is made up for qualified people according to the company's values and the specific needs of each project.
• Ensure the recruitment needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind.
• Devise and implement recruitment strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding and social media initiatives 
• Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience
• Form close relationships with hiring managers and the talent development department to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations
• Manage the administrative part of the salary conditions to negotiate with the final candidate and all the administrative procedures are related.

REQUIRIMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• University diploma / degree (psychology or similar) 
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in talent acquisition or similar roles 
• Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks
• Experience with full cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates
• A keen understanding of the requirements for the management roles in the company
• Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with the hospitality industry trends
• Excellent interpersonal and Communications skills
• High level of Spanish and English, both verbal and written. A third language is desirable
• Able to reside in Palma de Mallorca, Spain.
• Ability to diplomatically deal with difficult situations and people while exhibiting a consistent level of professionalism.
