Mission:
We are seeking a new talent to lead the B2B Business Development team for the Iberia market. This role reports directly to the Head of BDR and will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth.
As the BDR/SDR Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading our outbound and inbound activities in the Iberia market. Your main objectives will be to coordinate OKRs, aligning them with the company's overall goals, and ensuring that your team generates a significant number of opportunities for the Account Executive team. You will provide coaching, conduct 1-on-1 sessions, and develop strategies for a team of 4 SDR based in our Madrid's office.
Responsabilities:
- Design and execute targeted outreach strategies for key accounts, utilizing various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and other effective sales tactics.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of the SDR and BDR team, providing regular updates and insights to the management team.
- Oversee the full cycle of team members, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and professional development.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment, supporting the growth and development of the BDR/SDR team.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of BDR to ensure alignment of team goals and strategies with overall company objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and refine sales approaches.Identify and obtain contact information for potential clients.
- Identify client needs, goals, business characteristics, and sector to generate new business opportunities.
- Utilize IT tools, CRM, and social media to find new leads and prospects.
- Transform prospects into SQL (Sales Qualified Lead) and schedule meetings with the Sales Team.
Requirements
- You are a native Spanish speaker and fluent in English.
- Proven experience in a similar SDR/BDR role, with a track record of success in sales development.
- Previous experience in team management or leadership.
- Strong understanding of outreach strategies and sales tactics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and social media platforms for lead generation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
