- We have an exciting opportunity open for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join COYA Barcelona.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar management role in a high-end venue.
- Strong people management skills and experience with managing and leading a team.
- Demonstrate positive leadership and ability to develop the team, by mentoring, empowering, and identifying growth potential.
- Ability to maintain high customer service, ensuring guests preferences are met and strive to exceed guest expectations
- A passion for hospitality and customer service.
- A team player, pro-active with a can-do attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal English and Spanish communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiations skills are essential.
