We work in areas such as BI, IoT, Big Data, and R&D. In the Operations area, we implement projects related to Service Desk, IT Infrastructures, and Cloud projects, among others.
Currently, we are selecting a German Customer Support Specialist to join one of the teams that BETWEEN has deployed at one of our main clients, dedicated to the refurbishment of technological devices.
What will I do? These will be your main functions:
- Reply to Negative Reviews (internal & external) in German.
- Handle escalated customer care claims.
- Provide reassurance on social media.
