At Santander Digital Services we are looking for a CYBER SERVICE MANAGER, based in our Boadilla del Monte (Madrid) office.

We are looking for a CYBER SERVICE MANAGER, a key team in our technology ecosystem.

Your role will be to supervise the final cyber-services provided to the entities by managing service level agreements (SLAs) and ensuring these cyber services meet the client’s needs, guaranteeing a high level of response time and proper problem resolutions and anticipating service associate needs.
