Digital Learning Partner (Makeup) page is loaded Digital Learning Partner (Makeup) Apply locations Madrid time type Full time posted on Posted Today job requisition id JOBREQ00089468 As a Makeup & Digital Learning Partner you are integrated in the Education Department, your role is to contribute to the overall performance of the CHANEL Fragrance & Beauty business. Delivering makeup trainings, coach and develop the Makeup Artist community. Lead and monitoring the digital makeup learning projects for CHANEL. Whist you will need to the growth of CHANEL makeup business, you will also be expected to provide training at fragrance and skincare. MAIN ACTIVITIES:Being a Project Manager on all topics related to the makeup learning digitalization of Iberia. Improving the use of the actual makeup digital learning tools. Engaging the MUA Community (Internal and External) with Digital Learning Solutions. Develop tailored makeup trainings for the MUA community needs to develop their skills. Implementation and management of dashboard/reporting of all digital makeup activities. Be involved in the implementation of makeup digital trainings such as live events and virtual trainings. Being updated with the digital makeup trends in other markets and/or competitors. Creating an annual Makeup & Digital Learning Plan. YOU’RE GOOD ATTraining and group animation experience (5 years). Make up skills is crucial. Language skills: Spanish and English (spoken and written). Portuguese and French are an advantage. You are details oriented, proactive, dynamic and very well organized with capacity to adapt to a fast-moving environment. You have an appetence for innovative technologies. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills, have the ability to identify risks and problems. Ability to work under pressure, chance direction when required. Excellent verbal and written communication and data analysis capabilities. Expertise in the following areas is a plus: Social Media, Digital Marketing, Training and Learning Management Systems. Skilled in Pack Office especially Excel, PPT and Adobe. YOU BRINGPassion on learning and people. Able to bring in positivity through teamwork, self-growth and the change catalyst mindset. Good team player. Appreciation and passion for aesthetics, arts, craftmanship and ultimate luxury. Client-centric with a drive for high quality and to constantly exceed expectations. Degree is a must. Experience in digital learning / program design / education. State-of-the-art tools and technology in the learning experience. Knowledge on retail, service industry. Experience Learning and development with multinational corporation preferable.
