Job Description

Aims of the job

• Cover requirements arising from REACh Directive applicable to the Business in Europe.

• Functional and task description
  • Surveil the Portfolio manufactured in Europe regarding REACh requirements for EU and UK on Registration, Classification, Labelling etc
  • Evaluate and respond to Communication from ECHA and member state authorities. File Documents at ECHA and UK HSE.
  • Interact with R&D, PM, Production, Sales and Logistics in Regulatory questions
  • Coordinate and collaborate with external service providers for e. g. Dossier generation or Study design and evaluation
  • Represent the comany in alignment with Head of Regulatory Europe

Competenze ed esperienza

Education, experience and skills

• Extensive Experience in EU REACh, Dossier work etc.
• Basic knowledge in UK REACh would be bonus
• Background in chemistry / chemical formulations / leather manufacture
• Basic knowledge in Toxicology / Eco-Toxicology would be bonus
• Experience in ERP Software (e. g. SAP) & data management
• Office IT tools (Word, Excel, …)
• Fluent English skills as main communication language. The language of the office location and a second business relevant foreign language (Chinese, Spanish, Italian, French, German) would be beneficial.
