Responsibilities :
Data collation, organisation and analytical skills; developing tools and templates for data collection;
Manage our internal cost databases;
Undertake analysis of outputs from contract cost reports to support accurate reporting, benchmarking and analysis of costs;
Ensure that cost information received is harvested and incorporated into systems, in order to drive the mechanics behind the systems for Earned Value and world class cost reporting;
Monitoring project budgets and financials; monthly project financial quality checks and proactively flag if any cost related risks are foreseen;
Ensuring that all accruals are recorded accurately to timetable on a monthly basis; reconcile invoiced costs vs. forecasted accruals; support updating project trackers and Clarizen;
Identify and initiate necessary change control processes;
Collation and tracking of both YTD program and project-specific KPI performance data;
TRR process coordination
All additional duties commensurate to the level of the role.

Experience
minimum of 2 years of experience preferably in multi-cultural corporate environment in a similar role;
Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Engineering with a strong data analyst skillset;
Experience working in a complex multidisciplinary team of stakeholders across region;

Skills :Strong analytical, communication (both written and verbal), facilitation and presentation skills;
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Power Point;
IT skills in Business Information tools such as PowerBi, Visual Basic, Power Pivot and Database Management;
Good planning and organizational skills, including multitasking, time-management, and handle a high-pressure working environment;
Result-orientation and attention to quality;
Able to work with a team and independently, have experience in working with remote teams and stakeholders;
Have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with project teams - in-house and external;
Possess understanding of terms and conditions, preferable as they related to procurement and cost management of construction projects;
Have the ability to work in a highly visible and fast paced environment;
Have attention to detail and accuracy
