Your benefits at Webhelp:Full-time contractCompetitive salary and performance bonusMedical insurance + Restaurant cardGreat office location in BenalmadenaFriends hunting (referral) bonusFull paid training about the company and the project you will be working onCareer development program and specialized coursesOpportunities for a career abroad through the Webhelp International Mobility Program What you'll experience at WebhelpAs a Renewal Specialist in our team, you will:Act as Primary point of contact for the customer during the renewals process, building trust & setting the foundation for long term Microsoft relationshipEffectively turn renewals leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline by filtering them through different criteria, e.g. BANT (budget, authority, need and timeline)Engage with small and medium businesses across industries, company sizes and types to determine their needs and identify upsell/cross sell opportunitiesUnderstand customers current Microsoft license position, leading with Microsoft's cloud technologies to secure customer wins, maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities collaborating with Solution Specialists and other stakeholders as neededSupport renewal process by engaging & co-ordinating multiple stakeholders (PCM, TCM, CE) aligned to customer needs, ensuring renewal closes on time We'll be a great match if you: Are native or proficient in Dutch with advanced English level.Have 2+ years sales experience with a proven track record of successHave experience using Microsoft Office Suite applications and passion for cloud technologiesPossess general knowledge of the IT industry, with the capacity to learn and retain knowledge about individual products and business solutions quickly and accuratelyDemonstrate your ability to understand customer needs, create and deliver customized, customer-focused pitches and solutionsHave an achievement and success-driven personalityHave experience selling Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365 or similar solutions (preferred)Share our values of commitment, unity, integrity, recognition, and WOW Don't meet every single requirement?
