At Volvo Group Trucks Technology (“GTT”), you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large.
As a work-study apprentice, you will assist the Legal Counsel, supporting mainly the R&D activities of GTT in France, with:
- Drafting and negotiating of various technology related agreements, such as:
- Non-disclosure agreements
- Research collaboration agreements, Proof of Value agreements
- Consortium agreements, public funding agreements
- Development agreements, IP rights license agreements
- Lease/loan/sale of test equipment/prototypes agreements
- Partnership agreements with universities
- Performing risks assessments and providing legal and compliance (competition law, data privacy…) advice in various contexts, including new projects and collaborations
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the legal and compliance ways of working within the R&D organization.
Your future team
You will join the Volvo Group Trucks Technology Legal Team, consisting of twelve people, located mainly in Sweden but also in the US and in France. You will also have a lot of interactions with our engineering colleagues and with the team of CampX Lyon, our startup innovation hub.
