Job description
We are an independent group of creative hospitality brands founded in 2011 by award-winning industry expert Liran Wizman. In our 10 years, our Amsterdam-based company has grown to include three hotel brands across 13 locations, three restaurants, one design concept store and three landmark properties—all set in some of Europe’s most inspiring neighborhoods. Our brands include Sir Hotels, Max Brown Hotels, Park Centraal Hotels, X BANK, Seven North, The Rooftop at Sir Victor, Bar Claes, as well as the properties of the W Amsterdam, the Edition Milan and more. In everything we do, we are focusing on creating singular and surprising experiences for our guests.
We are currently looking for a Finance Clerk to take on various administrative tasks. As a company we are developing day by day and we are currently opening horizons for projects in Portugal.
Your main responsibilities will include keeping financial records, preparing bills and delivering high-quality customer service. Your goal will be to ensure our accounting procedures run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Process bills, checks, receipts and other documents
- Ensure all documents are properly signed and distributed
- Verify financial and other data (e.g. tax identification numbers)
- Monitor financial transactions
- Enter data and maintain updated records
- Assist with account reconciliations
- Communicate with vendors, customers and colleagues
- Report the status of accounts and discrepancies
Contract:
- Permanent contract
- Starting date: March 2024
- Anual gross salary: 21.000 - 24.000€
- Headquarters located in Barcelona
- Experience is not necessary, although it would be an asset
- Attention to detail and organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to solve problems
- Be able to speak Spanish
- University Degree in B&A or similar
It will be a plus:
- Basic knowledge of Portuguese accounting and financial transactions
- Valuable knowledge of financial taxes in the country
- Requirement ORDEM NOS CONTABILISTA CERTIFICADOS
