SANTANDER DIGITAL SERVICES is looking for a BIG DATA SPECIALIST DEVELOPER,

based mainly in MADRID

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a Big Data Specialist Developer , you will be part of the informational team of the company.

We need somebody like you to help us in different fronts :

• Technical execution of the most complex developments of the internal Datalake
• Implement tools that ensure technical quality of the solution, including monitoring, alerting and self-recovery products
• Support to Technical Leader for the definition of the best technical solution for the business requirements
• Scope extension of the solution by including Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence processes
• Ensure the efficiency of the service by implementing automatisms

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Required qualifications
• years as developer for massive data management (Big Data) and + years as Java or other distributed environments developer, ideally on Agile
• Bigdata / Cloudera
• HDFS / Hive / Impala / Kudu / Kafka / Flume / Sqoop
• Scala
• Spark
• ETLs
• Machine Learning
• Artificial Intelligence
• Preferred qualifications
• Knowledge of the latest technological advances in the market and ability to adapt to new technologies for mass data management
• Analytical and implication capacity to solve critical errors in productive systems
• Experience in Grupo Santander development teams ( years), for business datalakes and other projects
