About the company team

At Stayforlong we are currently a team of 80 people and 14 nationalities working in a dynamic and collaborative environment where people have the opportunity to grow and develop professionally.

Job purpose:

You will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for all outsourcing vendors, ensuring smooth collaboration and successful partnerships. The role involves maintaining a comprehensive understanding of vendor capabilities and industry trends, developing and managing relationships with key vendors, negotiating service level agreements (SLAs) and pricing, monitoring vendor performance, and overseeing the implementation of new outsourcing arrangements.

What you’ll do:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all outsourcing vendors.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vendor capabilities and industry trends.
• Develop and manage relationships with key vendors, ensuring they are meeting or exceeding expectations.
• Negotiate service level agreements (SLAs) and pricing with vendors.
• Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and take corrective action when necessary.
• Manage vendor invoicing and payments in accordance with company policy.
• Work with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
• Identify potential vendors that can meet those needs.
• Make recommendations to senior management on which vendors to use.
• Oversee the implementation of new outsourcing arrangements.
• Monitor ongoing performance and make changes as needed.

What we offer:

• Permanent contract.
• Immediate incorporation.
• Full-time. Schedule: From Monday to Friday (working hours 9am to 5pm or 10am to 6pm).
• Office located in the centre of the city (Barcelona).
