Reports to: Manager Service Management Office Location: Barcelona Set up: Hybrid Role purpose The Relationship Advisor role is a unique opportunity within a dedicated team of three based in Barcelona, exclusively serving a prominent German client. As a Relationship Advisor, the core responsibility is to oversee the complete lifecycle of assigned Customer Portfolios. This involves managing and developing the service relationship to ensure Colt effectively meets the specific service needs of the German client. The role entails providing and scrutinizing quality service reports with a focus on maintaining high standards and continuous improvement. An annual service review meeting with the customer is a key component of the position, requiring the Relationship Advisor to engage in discussions, gather feedback, and deliver comprehensive performance reports. Fluent German language skills are crucial for effective communication and relationship-building with the client. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in upholding service excellence, contributing to a positive and enduring partnership with the customer. Strong analytical skills, proactive relationship management, and effective communication are vital attributes for success in this role. The Relationship Advisor will be integral to ensuring Colt consistently exceeds the service expectations of the customer, fostering a collaborative and mutually beneficial relationship. Key accountabilities The Service Management Advisor will have some, with guidance, of the responsibilities described below:
- To represent and assist specified Customer account business and with guidance, take ownership of the service experience
- Be able to Identify strengths and weaknesses of client relationship with COLT; with guidance be able to align Colt services with the current and future needs of the business and its customers
- Effectively maintains, with guidance and supervision, a dedicated client and internal team relationship.
- Proactively contributes to the Customer satisfaction targets as led by the Business Unit and Colt.
- Be responsible of Move, add and changes creation related with the specified customer in coordination with the Sales Account Executive.
- Provide assigned Customer with training and support on Colt tools and process intelligence.
- Tracking of “important” orders in relationship with Transition order Management team
- Be able to identify change management support and assist CRM to coordinate.
- Building strong relationship and conduit the information to flow between the Colt teams
- Participate in meetings with other customer partners which are part of the global project.
Role specific requirements Skills & Experience
- Ability to speak and write in a high level of German and English, any other language is valuable
- Prior administrative or technical experience
- Familiarity working within established procedures and with a moderate degree of supervision
- Responsibility for own work load, understanding that decisions will have limited impact on others
- Building awareness of costs related to own work and for the business
- Strong communication skills which largely involve the exchange of straightforward information
- Developing strong relationships with other areas of the business that they and their team are delivering on their part of any activity and works with them to resolve issues and ensure flawless delivery for the customer.
- Negotiating on matters confined to own workload
- Solving problems by selecting from a limited range of solutions
- Developing a detailed knowledge of standard Colt processes and ways of working
- Expertise in a part of the functional field and insight into the relationship between related functional areas and knows the clients business processes and context.
