Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a Scientific Communications Project Manager that would like to collaborate with one of the top 15 global pharmaceutical companies.

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide support on the development and successful delivery of scientific publications, as well as medical information plans, in collaboration with the agency of record (AOR).

• Management and execution of tactical plans as well as operational support for publications / medical information, which includes the development and / or management of publication / medical information tactics, planning, and coordination with agencies, tracking and managing timelines and progress, following up with internal / external stakeholders / agencies, and budget monitoring.
• Development of author agreements / CDAs, managing reviews & releases, regular communications to cross-stakeholders on updates and / or alerts, etc.)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science related careers (pharmacy, biology, chemistry, among others).
• Master’s degree in a Scientific Field with on top education in the area of Operations Management, Process Management, Project Management, Business Administration, Information Management or equivalent, would be highly valued.
• English fluent in written, reading, speaking. Spanish / German or other language would be a plus, but not a must
• At least three years’ experience in Medical Information / Medical Publication Management / Medical Affairs.

We're willing to accommodate flexible working hours, extending until 7 or 8 PM CET, for the suitable candidate.
