Job description

Lead the reporting for Region Europe: Develop, produce and distribute standardized Sales reporting and analysis from the patient trackers, Iqvia data and BI cubesDevelop automated visualization tools to support EU countries in performance & activity analysis while driving a strong performance culture across the organizationSupport the European business by evaluating key market trends, data, insight and new business opportunitiesApply analytical expertise to support decision making, by integrating multiple data sources, evaluate key market trends, to provide an objective viewpoint and recommendations. Ensure a high level of information and knowledge of Sobi and competitors performance driving strong adoption of KPIs. Partner with other functions Marketing/Medical/Market Insights/Country teams. . to identify key insights and business requirementsBusiness Operations & PlanningWork closely with the country teams, HR and Finance, identifying processes and tools to allocate Sales Targets and resources, and provide support on how to improve sales force operationsSupport Commercial Excellence processes: Segmentation and Targeting, Cycle Planning, Sales Incentive Planning, Sales Targets to evolve our operating model and resource allocation. Collaborate with multiple departments including Marketing and Commercial to continuously improve our operating model through effective SFE practicesLeverage analytical expertise and commercial knowledge to align and support during Key Business Processes such as Business Reviews and Budget Reviews. Support the Business Operation Director in delivering appropriate sales forecasting, identifying key drivers and assumptions and execute modeling/forecasting as required to enable strategic decisions. Support the Business Operation Director in developing and maintaining financial models to assess the impact of various business scenariosPrepare monthly quantitative and qualitative analysis of brand performance measured against Key Performance Indicators & support in the presentation in monthly Operational MeetingsSupport the Digital team in the development of the omnichannel engagement model and the use of AI applied to customer/operational excellenceDrive the agenda of the Business Analysts Forum collecting business requirements and securing coordination and cross-fertilization of proven successful local approaches. QualificationsSkills and Experience:Substantial experience within a life sciences/ Rare disease company or consulting firm supporting the healthcare industry with a specific focus on delivery of Sales Analytics. Broad understanding of pharmaceutical and commercial data, and which source to leverage in order to answer business questions most effectively. Understanding of Sales Force Effectiveness approaches and development of Omnichannel evolution across customer facing teamsSolid understanding of commercial business, marketing and industry standard datasets. Experience in data visualization ideally PowerBI and QliksenseSolid knowledge of Veeva CRM and Salesforce systemsStrong project management skills, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication skills, particularly executive presentation skills. Very strong MS Office skills with advanced excel skills. Proficient in English both speaking and writing#J-18808-Ljbffr
