We are looking for an experienced and creative BIM Architect to join our Design team within the real estate development business focusing on Boutique Hospitality Assets. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and owning the 3D BIM model of the in-house project, providing input to the 2D production team of designers, coordinating and exchanging information with Local Architects and Engineers. Key responsibilities: Preparation of Drawings and Presentations: Create architectural and interior drawings based on sketches, building specifications and calculations. Produces design presentations (Keynote/ Powerpoint) Produces 2D, 3D and working drawings QA /QC of BIM Projects Clash reports, BOQ, Schedule sheet, Shop Drawings, quantification details Design Solutions: Assists in the development in all phases of design Assists in the preparation of technical solutions to make the design feasible. Resolves minor design issues. Communication: Establishes and maintains a professional and effective lines of communication with the design team and external parties. Communicates and listens in an appropriate and professional manner. Assist Project Managers with the estimation and scoping of new project opportunities Proactive and Enthusiastic to learn new technologies Bachelors or Masters in Architecture Experienced Revit/BIM professional with Architectural knowledge Experience in Autodesk Revit Architecture, Autodesk BIM360, , AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite Enscape or similar 3d software for visual representation (internal review) 5+ years of experience in BIM/ Construction industry Proven experience in planning, designing, and creating the architectural set, construction set, and permit documentation Nice to have: Hospitality design experience Experience on site (during construction supervision) Worked for a construction company, contractor Salary and benefits are competitive and based on candidate experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
