One of our current challenges when scaling a game like pocket champs is, among others, to strenghten the intregration between our Growth/UA team and our Data Analytics team.

Your journey at Madbox as a Marketing Analyst :

- Start by reviewing our entire stack from the data infrastructure to the business strategy.

- Meet all your future contacts including Data Scientists, Game Analysts, UA Managers and more.

- Learn in depth the way we measure game performance and connect all the different dots.

- Finally take a main role in the optimization of our games operations while continuously interacting with all stake holders.

Responsibilities & Scope

You will be working as part of the Analytics team while having full integration with the Marketing/Growth team.

- Understand in details the day to day work of the marketing team and be able to define the data infrastructure required in order to support it.

- Interact with product managers, analytics lead, campaign performance managers, game analysts, COO and CDO.

- Analyse the UA activity on the games. Understand the exploration done by the marketing managers as well as the game analysts insights to come up with coherent recommendations or hypothesis that could be checked with further UA explorations.

- Based on validated insights, recommend tuning and improvements that can be taken in our UA Strategy.

- Design and followup on the events tracked by our 3rd parties that enable campaign optimization.

- Design clear requirements for tools/dashboards/reports that will help presenting the marketing analysis insights in a reusable way including sketching mockups.

- Run specific analysis for iOS using external models to make sure we take accurate decisions with our internal attribution estimations.

- Explore the market readiness for specific new games. Recommend the relevant KPI targets based on the game genre, target audience, etc.

- Analysis on different ad templates monetization impact. Understand the impact of more placements and more monetization partners / SDKs on ad monetization performance.

Profile

- 3 years of hands on experience with digital marketing for Mobile Apps

- High level on SQL

- Bachelor degree (preferable Master) in Economy / Engineering / Data Science / Digital Marketing

- Full control of digital media KPIs, campaign performance monitoring, MMM and other marketing data analysis solutions.

- Strong communication skills - ability to act as the integration point between growth team and analytics team as well as contacting network account managers to discuss both business needs and tech needs

- Experience in gaming company is a big plus
