We are searching for an exceptional Remote DevOps Engineer Team Lead to join our client's dynamic software development startup. Our client is a prominent multi-asset liquidity and technology white-label solutions provider for brokerages and exchanges, and with a well-funded operation and a team of over 200 employees, they are revolutionizing the industry.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Organize and plan the work of a team of DevOps engineers;
• Check the performance of the DevOps team;
• Participate in hiring for the DevOps team;
• Maintenance and development of the current infrastructure, CI/CD processes;
• Solving problems of deploying applications in test and production environments;
• Setting up monitoring and logging;
• Participation in the analysis and elimination of incidents;
• Constant interaction with the product team;

• At least 3 years of commercial experience working with Amazon cloud services as a DevOps engineer;
• More than 2 years of experience managing a team of three or more DevOps engineers;
• DevOps certificates from Amazon will be a big advantage;
• Deep and perfect knowledge of AWS including EC2, EKS, RDS, ALB, EFS and ECS (optional)
• Knowledge and writing Helm Charts;
• ArgoCD;
• Terraform;
• GitLab CI;
• Sentry;
• logs: Grafana Loki;
• traces: Grafana Tempo;
• metrics: VictoriaMetrics;
• Visualization: Grafana;
• Collector (metrics, logs, traces): Grafana Agent/Prometheus Agent;
• Alerts: AlertManager + Grafana OnCall;
• Hashicorp Vault;
