We are currently looking for our future Sales & Marketing Excellence Manager based in La Roca del Vallès for a permanent contract with immediate effect.
About this Position
We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Excellence Manager to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and developing the training, processes, and sales systems that will help our sales team exceed their targets. The Sales Excellence Manager will analyze sales data and provide recommendations to optimize sales operations, implement new sales strategies, and develop new processes and procedures.

Your Mission
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Create and implement processes to measure the effectiveness of sales initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create sales campaigns and materials.
- Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure objectives are met.
- Motivate the sales team and boost morale through incentives, recognition, and other tactics.
- Plan and coordinate trade shows, events, and client meetings.
- Develop ongoing training and development programs for the sales staff.
