As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will recruit top talent in a wide range of roles, predominantly in Finance and IT, for our Center of Excellence (CoE) in Barcelona and globally. In addition, you will be responsible for support the Global Head of Talent Acquisition in establishing a recruitment metrics dashboard to measure effectiveness and enable data-driven decision-making. This position is hybrid and is based in Barcelona, Spain. The role reports to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition and acts as their deputy. Essential Job Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day recruitment activities mainly for our Center of Excellence (CoE) in Barcelona, Spain and support globally when required Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle Establish and monitor key recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to HR and senior management Develop talent pools using a variety of sourcing channels, referrals and professional network Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives in the hiring processCultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, vendor and industry networksProvide backup for the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, as needed. Skills, Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related fieldExtensive recruitment experience mainly in Finance and ITDemonstrated track record in monitoring key recruitment metricsStrong knowledge and experience in Workday and Microsoft tools such as Microsoft Teams, Powerpoint, Word, ExcelAble to easily navigate through excel and analyse and present data in a compelling wayDemonstrated drive for results, detailed oriented and desire to continue learning and developingFluent in English and Spanish Arxada has world class offering in three distinct areas: Consumer Microbial Control (CMC) focuses on the threat posed by microorganisms to people, with products spanning the food and drink, professional hygiene, home and personal care, crop protection and wood protection areas.
