Creative Services Project Manager

Job description
Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a Creative Services Project Manager that would like to collaborate with one of the top global pharmaceutical companies.
As a Project Manager you will support the Creative Services Owner in the operationalizing of the creative services in partnership with the Production Partners across all regions.
Responsibilities include :
- Continuous assessment and optimization of the end-to-end creative delivery processes (project intake, project tracking, ways of working, workflows, roles and responsibilities etc.,)
- Collaboration with key internal stakeholders across multiple regions on the services (gathering feedback, providing updates, problem solving, promote continuous improvement)
- Continuous review of service quality and costs delivered by Production Partners
- Support the onboarding, training and monitoring of Production Partners
- Content owner of internal resources for Stakeholders (Workflow, Playbook, Service Catalogue, SharePoint)
- Optimization of the Service Operations Tools (Jira and Service Now)
- Planning and operationalizing the piloting of new services (understanding demand, defining requirements and performance metrics etc.)
- Cross functional support for other services (Web, Digital, etc.)
Who are we looking for?
- Experience in creative service operations or creative agency (5 years minimum)
- Experience with managing creative projects and understanding of the creative processes
- Motivated and detailed oriented person willing to learn and bring value to business
- Studies in Project Management, Marketing or business-related area
- Experience with service operation tools e.g., JIRA, Wrike, Service Now
- English proficiency and desire to work in an international environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- The role requires the ability to plan and organize work independently and remotely
- Teamwork mindset
- Interest in the Pharmaceutical industry is beneficial
