We are looking for
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Enterprise Sales Executive - French Speaking (m/w/d) , who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.
Your role in BizAway
- FULL CYCLE POSITION : you will manage the full sales process, from first contact to contract signature
- Research and prospect for new large clients in French
- Run outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints.
- Promptly attend any inbound lead from your assigned target
- Present live demos of our platform to qualified prospects.
- Present our solution to a range of people (C-Levels,HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers, etc.)
- Lead negotiations with potential clients from Demo to Contract
- Act as main point of contact during the pilot/implementation phase with the customer
- Forecast Sales Revenue, giving full visibility of your deal pipeline
- Be an evangelist of our solution, also attending fairs and public events
- Define Quarterly and Annual OKRs with the Global Enterprise Sals Manager and Head of Sales
- Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growth
Your basic qualifications
- You have at least 1 year of experience selling to large enterprises or +2 years selling to mid-market companies
- You have a native level of French and an excellent level of English, both spoken and written
- "No excuses" attitude : you know that your success depends on you and no one else.
- Hunger: you are not afraid of challenges and you are eager to learn something new every day
- Proactivity: you actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistake
- Flexibility: you are comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with few certainties
