Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence.
- Develop and implement design strategies that align with the company's goals and brand identity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and effectiveness across all business units.
- Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our design processes and outcomes.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a design role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Proven track record of leading design teams and delivering innovative design solutions.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Experience in branding and brand identity design.
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
- Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
