Field Marketing Manager - Fixed Term
This role is Remote Cornerstone OnDemand is looking for an energetic, experienced Field Marketing Manager to join our vibrant EMEA marketing team as Marketing lead for our South region. The Field Marketing Manager will be primarily responsible for connecting the dots between regional Sales and BDR priorities and Corporate Marketing plans, in order to craft a regional marketing strategy, that creates awareness and advocacy for the Cornerstone brand, while supporting the delivery of regional pipeline and revenue goals.
This is a fixed term position until January, 2025.
In this role you will….
- Own and create the regional marketing strategy and activity calendar for the region
- Comprehend and align to regional growth opportunities and objectives
- Create a regional demand generation marketing strategy designed to drive and accelerate qualified leads and pipeline against regional growth opportunities and objectives
- Adopt global and EMEA growth campaigns, and localise and augment these campaigns for regional audience
- Create outbound campaigns that address specific prospect and customer cohorts within the region
- Adopt pipeline acceleration and key account strategies for the execution of creative, agile campaigns in the region
- Partner with the extended marketing team (Content, Client Experience, Product Marketing, Communications, Operations, Programs, Partner Marketing, Digital and Events) to plan and execute the marketing strategy in your region
- Partner with sales stakeholders to deeply understand regional requirements, objectives and growth opportunities
- Monitor and analyse marketing and sales performance and trends throughout the funnel and using these findings to drive recommendations and decisions
- Immerse yourself in the HCM/Talent technology arena and become and SME for key market trends in the region
- Collaborate with the extended marketing organisation to understand and articulate the wider marketing and communications strategy in the region
- Manage the regional field marketing budget
You’ve got what it takes if you have…
- High energy, are collaborative and possess the desire to learn, grow and win
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in field marketing or demand generation in B2B marketing space; software/SaaS marketing experience preferred
- Experience with Salesforce and ability to use the tool for effective reporting and analysis
- The ability to negotiate vendor contracts and accurately manage budgets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
- Strong business acumen and knowledge of marketing best practices
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
- A results and team-oriented outlook and the appetite to work in a fast-paced environment
The ideal candidate will be both creative and analytical – identifying new and inventive ways to generate leads and pipeline for the sales team while putting everything in place to track, measure and report back on the effectiveness of the strategy.

In Spain, The base salary range for this position is: 43300 - 69300 EUR. If you work outside of Spain, the salary range may be different and will be applicable to your country, currency and market.
In addition to competitive base pay, the compensation package for this role may include other incentives like bonus or commission, along with a generous benefits package.
Where an individual’s pay falls within the range is determined by factors including, but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
