As an e-Commerce Programme Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading digital projects that have an impact in the digital business. This role requires a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail, excellent project management skills, and a deep e-Commerce knowledge. You will be responsible for orchestrating the successful launch of collections and campaigns in the digital arena, lead key digital projects from a business perspective, and providing crucial support to the Director of e-Commerce. You'll be part of the Omnichannel team, a fast-paced and passionate team, with a global scope of more than 65 countries. Main responsabilities of the role:Lead and oversee end-to-end key digital projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, budget, and timelines, while delivering qualitative products. Coordinate and overview key brand digital projects with our team in China. Coordinate all the digital teams to ensure successful collection launches, from merchandising aspects to operations, while delivering an excellent omnichannel client experience. Work closely with the e-Commerce Director to develop and implement strategic plans for digital growth and customer experience. Support the e-Commerce Director in key digital business initiatives. Identify and evaluate new opportunities to elevate and improve the online shopping experience and increase customer engagement. Foster close collaboration between departments, ensuring support and a cohesive approach to digital projects and collection launches. Identify frictions in existing workflows and process and propose solutions. Coordinate and support the team with Project Management tools, training and knowledge. ProfilWhat is important for the role:Senior candidate with an extensive e-Commerce experience (minimum of 10 years) capable of connecting and levering on every part of the funnel. Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering quality results within deadlines, structured and great attention to detail. Knowledge in creative projects management and marketing communication. Experience in creative agencies is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective collaboration. Fluent in English and Spanish. Knowledge of ecommerce platforms (Magento, Salesforce. . . ) and process is a plus.
