About the role: In our Vendor Receivable Team we are looking for someone responsible for the administration of vendor receivables and for clearing aged items on the vendor account(s). The person will be part of an international, dynamic and inclusive work environment. What you will do: Proactive management of the vendor rebate activityCreate the quarterly rebate tracker sheetsPrepare vendor billingsCoordinate the write off if requiredTimely escalation of issues internally and externally. Take an active local role with vendors to order and to clear aged items and resolve any other issues Assist the Manager with the elimination and maintenance of unallocated cashResolve questions and escalationsAssist the team in peak periods in support of meeting the department SLA. Other tasks and duties as delegated by Management. What we are looking for: Experience in Accounts Payable or General Finance. Analytical & Numerical skills within a finance environment. Clear and confident communicator with the ability to communicate financial matters to non-finance staff. Time management, prioritization of issues. Engage with Business & Vendors with a commercial approach. Microsoft Office experience – Excel intermediate level and above. Knowledge of Computerized accounting systems. Experience of SAP desired.
