Then, you will suit perfectly at FUTURO PERFECTO, a Consultancy specialized in funding breakthrough projects within European Programs (i. e. Horizon Europe, European Defense Fund, Digital Europe) under th European Commission. We look for:- Experienced Innovation Technical professionals to join our office in Madrid, with a natural attitude to dive deep and huge curiosity to find solutions to tackle society problems. - This position is also highly entrepreneurial as the candidate will be instrumental in building a good relationship with the clients. She/Hewill be working with a variety of high-profile clients and liaising with Managing Directors, Financial Directors, CEOs, CTOs. - The core mission is to contribute to the company growth by obtaining successful projects, which will allow us to create a quality mark and expand internationally. Duties & Responsibilities:- Identification and management of the different projects of our clients. - Management of the technical team, supporting the projects development: e. g. , planning and organising tasks & workloads, controlling the timings, ensuring quality and compliance with deadlines. - Contribute to draft clear technical narratives and financial analysis documents related to RTD projects actually pursued by our clients in different sectors and countries. Experience & Training:- Science based postgraduate in Engineering/Technology or Technical background. - MBA or Business Courses are highly encouraged. - Financial Knowledge and ability. - 7-10 Year Experience in European Commission funding programmes and RTD projects. - Advanced C2 English is mandatory, while other languages like Spanish, French, German or Nordic languages can be a plus. - Experience in Stakeholder Management & Team Management. - Training in Project Management and PM Tools & Procedures will be a plus. - Curiosity, awareness and a keen interest in science, technology and innovation. - Excellent Communication Skills (both spoken and written). Required Skills:- Organized, methodical and attention to detail. - Analytical with a problem-solving attitude. - Ability to work under pressure and under strict deadlines and prioritise. - Great team player and excellent interpersonal skills. - Sensitivity to work within multicultural environments. Capacity to establish long-lasting relationships with clients, partners and other stakeholders. - Clear thinker, motivated to bring order to chaos. - Highly energetic player. - Imaginative, creative and curious.
