The opportunity:

To drive profitable and sustainable business growth for Sakura Finetek Spain & Portugal, we are seekinga highly motivated and results-driven sales professional with proven sales experience in the medical device industry, preferably in diagnostics/pathology, to cover Northwest Spain & Northern Portugal.
Your mission:
- Achieve sales targets as defined in the local annual plan, with a strong focus on strategic SMART Automation products.
- Expand our customer base.
- Develop and maintain valuable relationships with our customers.
- Understand our customers' needs and translate them into solutions.
- Handle potential customer complaints and mitigate claims, ensuring closure to the satisfaction of both parties.
- Utilize our CRM (Oracle) as part of your daily activities to ensure visibility of your pipeline & customer information.
- Prepare and analyse monthly sales report & provide sales forecast.
- Report business trends in the market, monitor competition and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with regional marketing, field service engineers and application colleagues.
- Achieve personal and team goals established at the beginning of the fiscal year.
you have
- previous experience in selling solutions and medical devices, preferably in Histology, Pathology, Cytology, IHC and high capital investment, in the Spanish & Portuguesemarkets. Experience in advanced staining is a plus.
- strong knowledge of theSpanish & Portuguese healthcare system.
- customer focus,consultative sellingand stakeholder management skills.
- analytical and strategic approach.
- excellent presentation & communication skills.
- proficiency in CRM & Microsoft Office.
- Local driver's license.

- ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.
- speak Spanish, Portuguese & English fluently.
- reside in Northwest Spain or Northern Portugal.

- are self-organised, structured and independent.
- connect easily & make an impact at all levels.
Travel (up to 80%) is required in this position.
