Job description

Coordinate the management of third-party partners who assist in meeting the team’s workload.

Facilitate the management of global team resources to achieve agreed timelines. This includes the ability to interpret client requirements and develop processes and best practices to meet them.

Oversee and assist the R&C Services Associate Directors and their respective staff including recruiting, scheduling, coaching, training, performance management, and corrective action to develop an effective team with a strong customer focus.

Ensure that scheduling and staffing are organized to maintain service-level objectives for the Due Diligence business.

Build and establish effective relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure the overall effectiveness of the global Due Diligence business.

Develop a cohesive and informed global team through regular staff meetings including the preparation and presentation of progress towards annual revenue targets and key client developments.

Identify and implement strategic improvements including the use of automation to drive change and create efficiencies and quality improvements with shared benefits across the global team.

Coordinate with external contractors, Data, Risk & Research and other Data & AI teams to support the Due Diligence business as needed.

Collaborate with Sales, Risk & Research, and other Data & AI teams to ensure that Due Diligence is aligned with goals and plans to meet the needs of customers around the world.

Work with Risk & Research and Engineering to ensure development work is aligned with the business and Data & AI strategy and roadmap.

Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to communicate the value of the team’s work.

You Have

Minimum 5 years of people management experience including proven ability to motivate and lead teams to performance excellence.

Must have experience managing people managers.

Successful track record of managing projects/programs of real or remote teams while providing oversight of geographically dispersed projects.

Detailed understanding of the methods used to develop solutions to serve Due Diligence clients.

Ability to manage budgets and implement programs to increase the efficiency of operations.

Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of global audiences in writing and speech.

Success in managing projects/programs from inception to completion through effective communication, collaboration, shared goals, and trust

Highly reliable, responsible, and accountable for group and individual goals.

Strategic leadership and willingness to innovate.

Proven ability to work with third-party contractors with adherence to budget constraints.

Keen problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to evaluate issues and conflicts and make timely decisions that benefit both the customer and the business.

Ability to work to tight deadlines and high-quality standards.

Ability to set effective individual and team goals based on business strategies and objectives, and to monitor team activities to ensure goal fulfillment.

An openness to different views and opinions and an appreciation for team diversity.
