Your role as  a Junior Associate Director, Social Innovation will involve:

Position Overview:

We seek an accomplished and motivated professional to step into the Project and Partnership Associate role during our team member's maternity leave. This integral position entails actively contributing to ongoing projects within the IE Center for Social Innovation and Sustainability. The successful candidate will also play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the center's strategic initiatives, focusing on fostering collaborative partnerships with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Key Action Areas:

1. Project Support: 
   • Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure the seamless execution of ongoing initiatives.
   • Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to inform project development, implementation strategies, and impact assessment.
   • Facilitate effective communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to optimize project outcomes.
2. Strategic Collaboration and Partnerships:
   • Contribute to the formulation and execution of the center's strategic initiatives, aligning them with the overarching mission and goals.
   • Identify and evaluate collaborative opportunities that resonate with the center's values and mission, cultivating relationships with potential partners.
   • Develop and maintain a network of key stakeholders to enhance the center's reach and impact.
3. Administrative and Documentation:
   • Maintain meticulous records of project progress, stakeholder interactions, and other relevant information.
   • Generate reports and updates for both internal and external distribution, ensuring clarity and accountability.

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following  qualifications:

• Hold Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in relevant fields (e.g., Business, Sustainability, Social Sciences).
• Possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience, with a preference for those with a background in project management and strategic partnership development.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills to assess project opportunities and contribute to strategic decision-making.
• Ability to think strategically and align projects with the broader objectives of the center.
• Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
• Proficiency in creating compelling presentations and proposals tailored to diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to build and sustain meaningful relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Previous experience in collaborating with corporate partners or sponsors is advantageous.
• Showcase the ability to work collaboratively within a team, providing support to senior members and fostering a positive and dynamic work environment.
• Possess familiarity with project management principles and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Exhibit adaptability in navigating an evolving work environment.

Duration of Position: This position is temporary, covering the duration of the maternity leave, with expected end date in September, 2024.
