The E/I Maintenance Supervisor will coordinate the deployment of leading maintenance practices in alignment with production needs. In this role, you will supervise a team which executes a variety of activities to maintain capacity utilization and quality standards for reliable operations in the region.
Coordinate the execution of maintenance strategiesand works for critical safety equipment.
Implement practices that improve efficiency and encourage continuous organizational improvement.
Contribute to the management of external contractors.
Contribute to the control of maintenance costs.
Organize and agree on an appropriate number of low-priority tasks to complete work with minimal production schedule disruption.
Organize all resources (people, spare parts, tools and equipment as defined in the Work Plan) are available to execute the work efficiently.
Work aligned with and contribute to the proper functioning of the maintenance workflow.
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degreein a related field (e.g. Electrical, Electronics,Automation Engineering)
Minimum one year of directly related work experience in electrical and instrumentation maintenance
Fluent level of English
Preferred Qualifications
Experience coordinating third party resources and/or internal teams
