As education shifts to online and hybrid formats, we are aligned with universities’ needs to create and develop digital content for their postgraduate courses. We also offer higher education institutions marketing services for these programs, from strategic planning and the design of campaigns to effective launching on all relevant digital platforms. Our marketing efforts are targeted to a multicultural audience that spans six different languages. What duties will you have? * Organization and coordination of the different parts and resources involved in international educational projects, both internally and externally * Implement a project management framework: integration, scope, scheduling, budgeting, quality control, staffing, communication, and risk management * Maintain comprehensive control over every resource available to the company to ensure project success, including time management * Supervise tasks at each phase to ensure everything is proceeding as planned. Monitor each specific task of team members * Oversight of ongoing relationship with each client university * Coordination and communication with senior university administrators and faculty in learning journey design * Portfolio management of academic programs for client universities * Research into market trends, identifying new academic programs to meet market demands * Development of new academic products and formats within university partnerships What do we offer? * Be part of a dynamic, international, and growing team * Training program and professional development, possibility of studying and learning in the world’s best universities * Location: Méndez Álvaro area in Madrid (Spain) Minimum requirements: What type of profile are we looking for? * Seniority: 4-6 years of project management experience * University education (bachelor's degree) * Fluent level of Spanish (C1/C2) * Fluent level of Spanish (B2/ C1) * Client-oriented * Understanding of US University environments * Strong, diplomatic communication skills, both written and verbal * Critical thinking capacities and strategic decision-making skills * Detail-oriented and highly organized Don’t miss out!
