- Develop and implement drivability calibration strategies for various powertrain systems.
- Utilize advanced engineering tools and methodologies to optimize vehicle performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure calibration objectives are met within project timelines.
- Conduct vehicle testing and data analysis to validate calibration solutions and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide technical expertise and support to resolve drivability-related issues throughout the development cycle.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to enhance calibration methodologies and techniques.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is important.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with calibration tools and software (e.g., INCA, Matlab/Simulink) is advantageous.
- Proven experience in drivability calibration or related automotive engineering roles is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
