Hearing these success stories is what gets us out of bed each day, excited to come to work :)It’s with this mindset that we’ve become one of the key global players in bridging the digital skills gap, serving both those looking to get into tech, as well as the companies hungry for tech talent. **Quick facts**:- Founded in 2013 by Wharton and Harvard grads- Operations in Miami, Madrid, Barcelona, Paris, Mexico City, Lisbon, Amsterdam, Sao Paulo and Berlin- 100% YoY Growth (help us to keep it going!)- Graduated over 10. 000 students- 100+ global team members- Venture capital backed**#Responsibilities**:- Reach out to companies (ranging from startups to large corporations in Spain)to explain the value proposition of Ironhack as a partner for Hiring digital talent and organize employer branding events. - Identify and source outbound leads and job vacancies through multiple channels- Perform partners meetings in order to identify their digital vacancies, recruitment process and technical skills they look to hire. - Work together with our Career Coaches to optimize the match between students and companies in order to guarantee maximum opportunities on both ends- Be in contact with Ironhack Alumni to guide them on their job hunting activity**# Is this you? **:- You believe in the importance and potential of digital ecosystems and digital talent- You are interested in understanding the recruitment challenges around Digital job opportunities in Help desk, Web development, Data Analytics, UX-UI and Cybersecurity.
