Introduction
COCUNAT is looking for a new talented PAID SOCIAL SPECIALIST to work closely with a strong team of Media Buyers, Product Managers and Creatives to generate the best possible results through paid media campaigns.

Your responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize paid social advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads or TikTok Ads to achieve KPIs targets (traffic and conversion objectives)for European, US and LATAM markets.
- Oversee optimization strategy daily scaling efficiently budget to achieve results.
- Exploring new product/brand opportunities both in terms of audiences, ad creativity and conversion.
- Scale efficiently revenue coming from new customers managing budgets to ensure effective allocation controlling CAC and maximizing ROAS
- Drive budgeting/forecasting, experimentation with short term execution and long term vision.
- Analyse audiences and apply different acquisition full-funnel strategies.
- A/B test different creative assets, targeting strategies, and budget allocations to optimize performance
- Implement reporting that leads to action and conduct regular performance checks and periodic business reviews to surface opportunities and pain-points that help us to create an action-plan in order to achieve goals.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in paid social advertising.
- Stay updated with what the competence or other brands from the same sector are running.
- Have a clear understanding of which type of creative and message is performing in order to help the design and creative strategy team develop proper content.
- Work closely with design, IT, CRO, Influencers and SSMM teams.
Your profile
- Expert with at least 2-3year of eCommerce experience running Paid Social ads on different platforms.
- Highly technical and analytical drive; You are comfortable dealing with high growth and complex business challenges
- Strong track record of proven results within a multinational eCommerce space. (preferably beauty or fashion)
- Organised and able to work on their own initiative as well as in a team environment
- Teamwork, results orientation, transversal communication, organization and proactivity.
- Excellent prioritisation and organisation skills
- Creatively inclined and confident to bring ideas to the table. We know that two or more heavy heads are always better than one!
- Result-driven and hungry to scale accounts to huge heights through continual testing of tactics and strategies
- Completely fluent in Spanish and English.
