Job description
Our client is a manufacturer of market-leading medical aesthetic device technologies and is the world’s fastest-growing women’s health company. Due to their continued growth, they are now looking for a Customer Experience Manager EMEA to join their team in Barcelona.
This role is accountable for promoting the company’s product portfolio, best practices, and key messages on a global scale through various events organized by the company. Their contributions will directly impact the company's reputation, brand image, and market positioning.
Key responsibilities include:
Develop strategic event plans: collaborate with the global commercial and medical education team and other relevant stakeholders to develop comprehensive event plans that align with the overall marketing objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and event partners to manage logistics, secure necessary resources, and oversee all event-related activities.
Establish metrics and tracking mechanisms to assess the effectiveness and impact of each event initiative.
Act as a primary point of contact for key stakeholders, responding to their inquiries and addressing their needs in a timely and professional manner.
To be considered for this position candidates must closely match the following reference profile:
5+ years of event coordination experience, demonstrating a proven track record in planning and executing successful events.
Experience using an ?vent management system, demonstrating the ability to utilize event scheduling and workflow features to streamline event planning and execution processes.
Proficiency in vendor management, including sourcing, negotiating contracts, and maintaining effective relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
