The role

We are seeking a highly creative and motivated individual to join our team as a Junior Graphic Designer. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will work closely with our creative team to assist in creating visually appealing and engaging designs for Social Media content, digital and printed materials. 

You will be involved in the following tasks of the department:

Design Creation: Collaborate with the senior design team to develop creative concepts and design solutions for various marketing materials, including print collateral, digital assets, website visuals, and more.

Visual Content Development: Assist in the creation and editing of visual content such as images, videos, illustrations and other graphical elements. Using editing software to retouch and for use in various marketing materials.

Branding Support: Assist in the development and implementation of brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in design elements, typography, colours, and overall brand identity.

Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with team members, including marketing professionals, copywriters, and other designers, to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality design solutions within given timelines.

Design File Management: Organize and maintain design files, assets, and resources, ensuring efficient access and a well-organized design archive.

Who you are:

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Fluent in Spanish, English B2- (spoken and written) 
  
• An updated online portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity, demonstrating proficiency in both print and digital design
• Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Premier / Figma are nice to have
• Strong proficiency in Video editing tools: Premiere and/or After Effects are a must
• A passion for design, a willingness to learn, and a proactive attitude towards professional growth
