Job description

Job Description: We are seeking a Logistics and Purchasing Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, along with expertise in invoice management and negotiations. As a Logistics and Purchasing Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in accounting tasks while playing a key role in managing purchasing and logistics.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable, including tracking payments and invoices.
  2. Participate in negotiations with suppliers to secure the best pricing and payment terms.
  3. Coordinate purchasing activities, including supplier selection, placing orders, and tracking deliveries.
  4. Optimize logistical processes to ensure efficient inventory management and timely product delivery.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure procurement needs are met.
  6. Prepare and analyze financial reports and performance indicators related to purchasing and logistics.
  7. Contribute to continuous improvement of purchasing and logistics management processes and systems.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, logistics, or related field.
  2. Excellent English level
  3. Previous experience in a similar role, with a strong background in accounting and finance.
  4. Excellent negotiation skills and ability to secure favorable terms from suppliers.
  5. Proficiency in computer tools and software for accounting and purchasing management.
  6. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data.
  7. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  8. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
