Become part of a team that successfully implements the most modern and intelligent technologies for our customers. We are looking for a Senior Designer for our global Marketing team.

Within this role your key responsibilities will include:

· Brand development – Be responsible for shaping and maintaining Roboyo’s visual identity and brand image. To include creative and strategic tasks to ensure the brand is effectively communicated both internally and externally in a manner that resonates with audiences and fosters brand loyalty. Includes developing a deep understanding of Roboyo’s values, mission, and USPs, maintaining a consistent visual identity, educating internal teams on proper use of brand elements, staying informed about design trends and competitor branding, and ensuring quality control of all design work.

· Creative Conceptualization – Generating fresh and innovative ideas for effectively portraying Roboyo’s offerings in unique and compelling ways.

· Marketing Collateral - Design original and captivating marketing materials, including sales flyers, whitepapers, infographics, presentations, and assets for website, social media, and events that effectively communicate the value of our automation solutions.

· Animation and Video Editing – Lead the end-to-end production of animated and video content, from concept to final delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, develop detailed storyboards, incorporate visual effects, animations, and brand elements, including editing and post-production.

· Website design – Shape the visual identity of the Roboyo website, implement best practices in UI/UX design and collaborate with web developers to bring design concepts to life.

· Collaboration and Communication - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including consultancy and delivery teams to understand project requirements and deliver assets that align with business goals.

Experience and skills you’ll need to do this role:

· Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
· Proven experience (minimum 7 years) as a graphic designer or Art Director.
· Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and familiarity with prototyping tools.
· Video and editing skills.
· Meticulous attention to visual details.
· Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including animation and video editing.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Energy, a 'can do' attitude and proactive approach.
· Good teamwork, communication, and networking skills.
· Adaptability and flexibility as project priorities change.
· Good organization, prioritization, and planning skills.

· PowerPoint design experience

· Experience within a B2B Technology / Automation marketing environment
