Trade Marketing Specialist - Nature's Variety What we offer We offer a Trade Marketing Specialist position in the Iberian Sales team at our Natural Specialty Business Unit, based in our offices in Barcelona. The resource, reporting to our Sales Development Manager in Iberia, will be accountable for the development and execution of trade campaigns in Spanish market supporting the business strategies to ensure brand growth. What you will do Define PoS Strategy being key pillars: Definition of brand Optimal Assortment per channel, Visibility Principles, Promotional Guidelines Lead Sell In/Sell out performance Analysis of the brand on a monthly basis to understand drivers/drainers and define an action plan when needed. Lead the development of annual plans for Nature’s Variety brand in Spain and its alignment with key Stake holders (Sales and Marketing). Define main activities and KPIs to drive brands growth. Lead calendar of activities: Development of promotional activities and it's monitoring. Qualitative and quantitative analysis of activities to assess ROI Trade events plan: defining key events where to play and lead execution. Veterinaries channel: Develop specific guidelines, trade stories and activities to keep growing in the channel. Develop Brand POS materials catalog together with POS materials manager to guarantee proper brand visibility at POS. Monitor and control of the A&P expenses, according to the assigned budget Support the Sales Development Manager in the monitoring of the Channel/Clients market dynamics, by performing qualitative and quantitate analysis. Work transversally with the direct and indirect sales team structure, with the local Marketing Team and SD managers of other countries. Previous experience in a specialised channel will be a plus Fluency in English and Spanish.
