Hotel & gastronomic restaurant in Spain´s "Tuscany" 1 hour from Mediterranean, surrounded by own organic farm producing vegetables, fruit and extra virgin olive oil for our genuinely farm to fork menus, changed daily. Seasonal sustainable gastronomy at its very best, high level of service. Members of Slow Food, we are looking to gain Michelin Green star. Dynamic wine list has strong section of wines from small local vineyards as well as the classics. Medieval wine celler open to guests.
We are expanding and need a proactive, energetic Chef de Rang to join our small integrated restaurant team. This is an excellent opportunity to learn more about sustainable Mediterranean cuisine and wines, at the same time as improving language skills.
Job includes some reception duties. Varied fascinating work in spectacular surroundings.
2 + years experience in gastronomic restaurants, preferably Relais &Châteaux, excellent social skills. intermediate level of Spanish. Driving license essential. Permission to work in EEC countries. Appreciation of countryside.
Good salary and conditions, 40h week, 2 consecutive days off. Accomodation provided. Training provided on the job. Good prospects of promotion.
