WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a Lead .NET Developer, you will play a pivotal role in steering a software development team towards success.
Your typical day will involve a blend of technical and leadership responsibilities. You'll lead by example, diving into hands-on coding and architectural design, ensuring the delivery of robust and scalable .NET applications. A significant part of your role will be mentoring junior developers, guiding them through complex coding challenges, and fostering their professional growth.
Collaboration is key; you'll liaise with product managers, align with cross-functional teams, and engage with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. Proactive in problem-solving, you'll tackle technical issues, optimize system performance, and maintain code quality.
Additionally, you'll champion best practices in software development and stay abreast of the latest industry trends, applying this knowledge to innovate and improve product and project outcomes. Through effective communication and strong leadership, you will ensure that product and project goals are met on time while maintaining a positive and productive team environment.
A TYPICAL DAY
A typical day as a Lead .NET Engineer involves a mix of technical leadership and hands-on development.
A Morning could start with team meetings to set priorities. Throughout the day, you provide guidance to the development team, engage in coding, and collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams. Troubleshooting and addressing technical challenges are routine, ensuring projects stay on track.
Afternoons may involve coding new features, mentorship sessions, and strategic meetings to discuss long-term roadmaps. Documentation and project management tasks are addressed, with the day concluding with a review of progress and preparation for the next day. The role combines technical innovation, mentorship, and effective project management.

- Knowledge and hands-on experience in utilizing Node.js for robust server-side development, ensuring a cohesive full-stack architecture.
- Familiarity with Docker for containerization, streamlining deployment processes and ensuring consistency across environments.
- Experience in working with PostgreSQL databases, including advanced capabilities in database design, optimization, and management.

- If everything has gone well and you have impressed our colleagues... we advance to the Second Technical Interview ! In line with the previous one, you will meet two other members of the team, who will continue to deepen your knowledge at the level of .NET and agile methodologies, roles and previous projects, as well as in relation to your background in our reference technological environments (cloud, testing, databases, etc.)
- If you've made it this far, things are getting interesting... It's time for your Final Interview ! In this case, you will have the opportunity to meet one of our VP of Engineering, who will close the selection process with an interview aimed at getting to know you not only on a professional and technical level but also on a personal level, so that both of you can conclude whether the purpose of our project fits with your professional aspirations.
